Setting a player job and grade

Use /setjob [player ID] [job name] [grade]. Example: /setjob 12 police 0. The job name must be the internal key from qb-core/shared/jobs.lua, not only the display label. The grade must exist for that job.

After assigning, have the player check /job and use the appropriate duty point. Invalid names or grades can leave the player with incorrect access. For permanent department changes, also follow CO:LA roster procedures.
