Keybinds and changing controls

Open GTA V Settings, choose Key Bindings, then FiveM to find resource key mappings. Search by the action description rather than assuming another player's key is the same. Common maintained defaults include inventory, phone, vehicle locks, engine, door interaction, radio, and HUD menu.

Avoid binding two frequently used actions to the same key. After changing controls, reconnect only if the resource does not update immediately.
