Understanding the HUD and needs
Health, armor, hunger, thirst, stress, voice, fuel, and seat belt indicators.
The HUD can display health, armor, hunger, thirst, stress, oxygen, voice state, radio channel, speed, fuel, engine condition, and seat-belt state. Some indicators appear only when relevant or while inside a vehicle.
Open the HUD menu with /menu (default keybind may be configured) and use /resethud if the interface becomes misplaced. Eat and drink before hunger or thirst becomes critical. High stress can create visual or driving effects depending on configuration.
