Boss menu and employee management
Hire, fire, promote, and manage society funds.
Authorized boss-grade employees can open the management menu at configured locations. From there they may view employees, hire nearby players, change grades, remove employees, and access business funds. Every action should follow CO:LA faction/business policy.
Boss access depends on the job/gang grade's isboss value and the location configured for qb-management.
